The brief was incredibly simple: the Los Angeles Dodgers came to space150 and asked us how we would give fans at historic Dodgers stadium an experience like none they’ve had before. 
Our approach was to blow minds and build on the stadium’s storied heritage while giving a new generation of Dodgers fans what they want: shareable, experiential content by using augmented reality to put fans in direct virtual contact with their favorite Dodgers superstars, legends, and broadcasters.
Our cross-discipline teams worked hand-in-hand from conception through completion to create a first-of-its-kind AR experience. Fans enter a one-to-one replica of the Dodgers dugout, then select two players of their choice from the roster to enter the scene, virtually. The virtual players address the fans directly and sit with them for a photo. This is all captured in a video asset sent directly to the fan from a large touch screen video kiosk on site.
The experience is literally at capacity the entire time it is open and available for fans to use and experience. This has led to 13,000+ unique pieces of Dodgers-branded fan-owned content making the rounds on the social platforms of Dodger fans everywhere.
